BEE That Woman believes that the women of South Africa should have the right to independence, freedom from GBV and should have access to the South African economic sector. We believe that women should come together to support one another, to lend a helping hand to those less fortunate, and to uplift one another by building connections through networking, sharing relevant and informative content and bringing a fresh take to what it really means to be a career woman.

We aim to inspire all women of South Africa to go occupy those rooms and empty chairs waiting for them.
We run an all year round dignity drive that aims to give back to the community and empower young girls to go to school. We tell stories of women in business to encourage one another and learn from each other.
