She has over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources within the financial services, professional sectors, and the automotive industry. She has developed outstanding people management skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. She possesses hands-on experience in formulating and implementing customized Training, Human Capital Development solutions and extensive experience in Recruitment. Her experience includes; Strategy Formulation and Management, Workforce and Succession Planning. Her acumen extends to HR Generalist, Organizational Development, Talent and Change Management, Compliance and Governance, People Management, Employee Relations and Continuous Improvement.
